Art in the PCA
Inspiring Community Inc. funded the Art in the PCA project through the collection of local donations. The Art in the PCA project features a series of artwork by local artist and landscaper Bill Mitchell spaced along the Rountree Branch Trail. Each piece has been made with natural materials and site-specific installation in the landscape.
The Art in the PCA is a celebration of both our local artists and the beautiful landscape of the area rich in natural resources and history and provides a unique viewing experience for passers-by on the trail.
On December 8, 2021, Channel 3000 aired Art in the PCA Inspiring Positivity. Look for two clips. One is an interview with the artist, Bill Mitchell. The other is an interview with ICI's Angie Wright and Bob Hundhausen, Platteville Community Arboretum president.
